My cursive has improved from writing on cakes, although this Pictoblog probably doesn't prove it. The Ys on my Happy Birthdays are looking especially good. & yesterday's I <3 ponies cake is epic. I made a great emo heart.
When one of our managers has her baby, I'm taking over until she gets back. I hope this means I won't be working the 9-5 shift six days a week. That would actually be okay, because 9-5 is a fun shift and actually feels like less work than the 5-10ish shift, but Joe works mostly at night. Since our other full-workload manager is underage, I'd be totally willing to take 3-close shifts for her (since she can only work 9-3 without a break). So yeah, I'm hoping Pat talks to me about that.
Then again, I have yet to even observe an entire cake order. I'm pretty far behind on learning Manager stuff.
