The Annual Toesocks Post

toesocks~~!

Alright, it's been happening for three years now, guys, so this post is seriously annual! You know, when I post a picture of me wearing a pair of toe socks that I got for Christmas and talk about how much I love toesocks.

This year was a little different because of the way the socks were received. First I got two pairs of toe socks in my stocking from St. Nick. (Not on St. Nick's day... it's just that everything that appears in stockings throughout Christmas is from St. Nick.) Then I got one for Christmas from my mom, and I think I got one pair of socks (but not toe socks) at the family gathering. Then Joe's aunt gave me a pair of socks but not toe socks, and Joe's parents gave me the pair pictured above. Which rocks! Look, the elf has a fuzzy, wiggly beard. It's so ridiculous how you can wiggle the beard with your toes.

This is also the first PictoBlog made entirely at another home, because Joe got a camera for Christmas, so I could take a picture of the socks his family gave me with his camera and upload it onto his computer and type up the blog here. YAAAY! Well, now I'm off to watch Muppets. Ciao.

Eracism

When you look at this picture, you might see a chocolate cookie person and a vanilla cookie person living together in harmony.

I don't. I don't see color. I believe in Erasing Racism. And to erase racism, we just erase race altogether, since it's part of the word racism. Eracism. And be a hero.

Adventures in Calculus

Oh my goodness, I am using Blogger to upload this. I feel... dirty and liberated all at once. Like a feminist having premarital sex for the first time? I WILL NEVER KNOW.
Holly likes to shout things in Calculus. One day in calculus, Mr. G asked us what we should use to solve a function. Holly answered "YER BUTT. ... No wait, that's not it." As though she had been serious about using your butt as a variable.
I still cannot believe that this little blog will tell you the date and time of this post, and I do not have to physically write it in. I can't believe that it shows the picture right above my post as I write this, instead of HTML code. I can't believe I'm writing in Times New Roman instead of Courier! New ground, people. We're breaking new ground.
